Venue Managers
Each performance venue has a Venue Manager who is primarily responsible for ensuring guests have tickets for that specific performance and ensuring guests are following park rules such as staying to walk-ways or grass, and out of the planters.

- All performances require a ticket. Guests who do not have a ticket can go to the Guest Check-In booth to get tickets for available performances.
- As guests arrive for the performance, Venue Managers safely take a look at their ticket to confirm they have the correct performance and time.
- Guest then drop their ticket into a bucket and can enter the viewing area.
- Either when all guests have arrived (Venue Manager should be keeping track based on the venue capacity) or at 2 minutes past the performance start time, Venue Manager signals the performers to begin their piece.
